And I also facilitate creative processes to enable people inside organizations to co-create services or solutions for complex problems. My work is based on Human-Centered Design.
I teach User Experience Design and Design Thinking in Puc-Minas and I was part of the first Interaction Design post-baccalaureate in Brazil.
I've been working for major brands/institutions/start-ups such as Google, Coca-Cola, Stellantis, Volkswagen, Ford, Red Bull, Porto Seguro, MRV, SEBRAE, Itaú, BMG, FDC, Localiza, FIEMG, Havaianas, UBM, Lemann Foundation and the Brazilian Government.
